 Reception and Recognition

Honored guests include Governor John A. Kitzhaber, M.D.,
former Secretary of State Bill Bradbury, noted scholar and author, Charles Wilkinson,
and many others who were instrumental in creating and passing this legislation.

 In 1987, at the urging of WaterWatch, the Oregon Legislature adopted the Instream Water Rights Act that created instream water rights with legal protection on equal footing with out-of-stream uses. Please join us on May 12th to celebrate this monumental advance in protection for Oregon’s rivers and streams.

Registration is $50 per individual.
